Mrs. Dash Chili

Ingredients:

1 can Chili tomatoes (15 oz)
1 can Red kidney beans -- undrained
-14 oz)
2 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cumin
Grated cheese (opt)
Chopped onion (opt)

Instructions:

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
